Andrew worked in advertising in the city for years whilst simultaneously building a national organic food distribution company. It was during this time that he developed a clear and concerned understanding of Australia’s food systems. As he began to dig deeper into food production and sustainability, it wasn’t long before he knew that he had to ditch the city life and get closer to the source of his food.

Andrew studied Permaculture, Biological Farming and Holistic Management. He also immersed himself with hands-on experience WWOOFing all over the east coast of Australia. Andrew was instrumental in setting up Possum Creek Eggs and Byron Creek Farm, small scale diversified regenerative livestock farms. Whilst setting up and managing Byron Creek Farm, he decided it was time to launching Byron Grass Fed.

Byron Grass Fed was born out of Andrews background in marketing, and a realisation that there needed to be a bridge between small scale regenerative farms, and the consumer. He believes in giving people the opportunity to reconnect with their food, and make empowered, ethical choices. Andrew is passionate about inspiring widespread global change by voting with your fork.

By supporting truly local, regenerative, sustainable farming practices we heal the soil, the land, raise happy and healthy animals, and nourish the community. Byron Grass Fed is your opportunity to know and trust the food you buy, and vote for the kind of world you want to live in.
